STFU & BUILD® is more than a shop. It’s a movement built for people who are done betraying their Truth, wasting their life force, and sitting on the sidelines while the life they know they came here to build passes by. Our products are designed as Power Anchors — tools that help shift your energy, sharpen your focus, and keep your deepest priorities impossible to ignore.
Many STFU & BUILD® items are made to order, so please allow 3–7 business days for processing before shipment. Once your order ships, delivery time depends on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.
Shipping time starts after processing is complete. Most domestic orders typically arrive within 3–7 business days after shipment, while international delivery times vary by destination and customs processing. During launches, holidays, or high-volume periods, please allow a little extra time.
Yes. As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking email so you can follow it every step of the way.
If you need to make a change, contact us as quickly as possible. We’ll do our best to help if your order has not entered production yet. Once an item has gone into production or shipped, changes and cancellations may no longer be possible.
Please check the size chart on each apparel product page before ordering. Because many items are made to order, we strongly recommend ordering intentionally. If you’re between sizes and want a more relaxed fit, sizing up is often the safest move.
Because many STFU & BUILD® items are made to order and some drops are limited release, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges for:
- change of mind
- ordering the wrong size
- buyer’s remorse
Please review product details, sizing, and your shipping information carefully before placing your order.
If something arrives damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We’ll review it and make it right.
First, check around your delivery location, with household members, neighbors, or your building office. If it still hasn’t turned up, contact the carrier directly, then reach out to us. We’ll help however we can, but please note that once a package is in the hands of the carrier, delivery issues may be subject to carrier investigation and policy.
Yes — international shipping may be available to select destinations. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout. Please note that customs fees, duties, taxes, and import charges, if applicable, are the buyer’s responsibility.
If a product is marked limited edition, that means exactly what it sounds like. When it sells out, it may be gone for good. We don’t do fake urgency. If it says limited, treat it like limited.
Some STFU & BUILD® products may include bonus gifts, hidden extras, or access to special content. If a product includes something special, it will be clearly stated on that specific product page. Not every item includes a bonus — but when it does, it’s there for a reason.
Care instructions may vary by product, so always check the individual product page when available. As a general rule:
- Apparel: wash cold, inside out, with like colors; tumble dry low or hang dry
- Drinkware: hand wash is best for longevity unless otherwise stated
- Bags & accessories: spot clean as needed
